Our Mission
Our mission is to create a fun and exciting week where children can come to experience God in a way that is relevant to them! We have an amazing crew of volunteers that will come together to teach various bible points (see below). Each day the children will make fun crafts, play exciting games, learn fun and exciting songs, experience the bible story of the day in a hands on way, and enjoy a delicious snack. Parents will be invited to join us before the children go home when we recap the bible point of the day during our Firefly Finale. Our mission is to allow children to see, think, and hear about God beyond the week of VBS. To do this, we will also provide each family a souvenier dvd at the end of the week that will contain all of the fun songs that we learned throughout the week! It is a treasured keepsake to keep the light of God alive in the hearts and ears of the children.
The daily Bible Points that will be taught throughout the week are:
Day 1 - God is with us.
Day 2 - God is powerful.
Day 3 - God does what he says he'll do.
Day 4 - God gives us life.
Day 5 - God cares for us.
Our History
Our Lady of Loretto has been offering Vacation Bible School for many years. We are excited to see our numbers grow each year as we reach the hearts of the many children we serve. Invite your children, their friends, grandchildren, neighbors, neices and/or nephews to see what all the excitement is about. We'd love to have them here with us!
